Please note that the UK Body-for-LIFE Challenge competition has been suspended. Unfortunately due to a number of legal issues, rules and regulations, it is not possible for UK citizens to enter the US or any other Body-for-LIFE Challenge competitions as was hoped.

However you are still welcome to take up the 12-week challenge for your own personal health and fitness gains and the website and supporting material will be kept live to help encourage you and keep you on track.

It is hoped that a bigger and better UK Challenge will be introduced in the future: so check back here later in the year for more news!
